Through a natural and drug-free approach.
It has been said that if you don’t move it you lose it. We have all experienced how quickly our health and level of fitness can change based on our lifestyle choices. But did you know that when activity levels drop for most people this will result in decreased muscles strength at a rate of one to three percent per day with noticeable strength loss occurring after about two and a half to three weeks.
How does chiropractic support an active lifestyle?
Your spine forms the core foundation of your health. The 24 moveable bones that make up your spinal column need to have proper alignment, proper motion and proper strength. All forms of exercise like golf, surfing, netball, basketball, soccer, martial arts and many more, will test your spines ability to cope with the repetitive lifting, bending and twisting that occur during exercise.
When the stress or loading become too great spinal joints can become strained, inflamed and create pain. Chiropractors call these Subluxations. By delivering specific chiropractic adjustments and prescribing a tailored stretching and strengthening program you can rest assured that our team of highly trained health professionals will keep you at the top of your game.
